With reference to your letter of July 28th, August 30th, and September 12, 1988, regarding acceptance of locks without "a solid or hardened free-turning ring or bevelled cylinder housing".
From the information submitted we consider that what you are proposing complies with the requirements of Article 9.6.6.1. of the B.C. Building Code.
