The Province of British Columbia is actively seeking ways to increase the supply of affordable housing, especially in the private market.

The Rental Housing Planning Guide* provides tools for local government to promote and preserve their rental housing stock.

The new, 46-page guide contains strategies for small and large communities to help them work with the housing industry to meet the needs of residents.
