The purpose of these rules is to facilitate the just and timely resolution of appeals to the Board under the Safety Standards Act and the Homeowner Protection Act.

The board has published Guidelines and Practice Directions to assist parties in using these rules.

Print copies of the Rules of Practice and Procedure, Guidelines and Practice Directions and Forms used in the appeal process are also available through the Board's Victoria office.
